Snow/Inclement Weather and Performance Updates

Now that the unprecedented weather has subsided, all performances from this point forward will continue as scheduled. If you missed a performance due to cancellation, please use the forms below to exchange into another performance. Please note that due to high call volume, you may not be able to reach box office personnel immediately when you call. As an alternative, the Box Office can be contacted via email: STCBOX@ShakespeareTheatre.org.

Rescheduling Cancelled Performances

To reschedule a cancelled performance, please click on the cancelled show title below to complete the online form to select alternate dates.  Once received the Box Office will contact you via email to confirm your new performance date and time.  Due to the ongoing travel difficulties, the Box Office is still understaffed and working as fast as possible to facilitate this process.

Cancellation Policy: Performance cancellations are rare and are usually decided three hours (or more) before the performance time. The Theatre does not offer refunds when a performance has taken place. When a performance is cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons, alternatives will be assessed at that time regarding possible exchanges or refunds.
