King’s Company Ages 15-18

Current Grades 8th – 12th


The King’s Company will work as an ensemble to perform a staged version of a Shakespeare play. Through classes and rehearsals, they will be challenged with in depth text analysis, advanced voice and movement work and armed stage combat focusing on rapier and broadsword techniques. Camp will culminate with a performance at the Shakespeare Theatre Company.

Twelfth Night

Music, love, laughter and merry deception mingle in one of Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies.

The Tempest

A shipwreck on a magical island leads to reconciliation, love and forgiveness in this comedic tale.

The Taming of the Shrew

A battle of words and wits ensues as Petruchio woos Kate to be his wife in Shakespeare’s comedy.
