This spring, don’t just watch theatre—experience it! The Education Department
of the Shakespeare Theatre Company at the Harman Center for the Arts is pleased
to offer an exciting array of Spring Master Acting Classes designed to engage
students of all levels with the art and craft of theatre. This spring, several
of our courses will feature the plays from our season, namely Julius Caesar and Antony
and Cleopatra.
Master Acting Classes provide participants the opportunity to study with Shakespeare
Theatre Company teaching artists—working professionals who teach voice and
speech, stage combat, acting, Shakespeare, movement, mask and audition techniques.
With an average class size of 15, these courses offer close interaction and
individual attention. Not sure which class to take? Call the Education Hotline
