Students for Shakespeare
at the Free For All

Students For Shakespeare at the Free For All provides enhanced access to the plays of William Shakespeare. Participating students receive Play Guides and tickets for themselves, their families and friends before they become available to the public. At Sidney Harman Hall, Students For Shakespeare groups will receive advance seating and will be announced as special guests of the Shakespeare Theatre Company.

This year, the Free For All will feature a remount of our 2007 production of The Taming of the Shrew.

The following dates are available for Students For Shakespeare groups:

  • Sunday, August 30 at 2 p.m. – Kick-off celebration!*
  • Tuesday, September 1 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, September 2 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, September 3 at 8 p.m.
  • Saturday, September 5 at 2 p.m.
  • Tuesday, September 8 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, September 9 at 7:30 p.m.

*This entire performance is reserved exclusively for Students For Shakespeare participants!

Click here to reserve your group. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: To qualify for Students For Shakespeare, your group must consist of students in grades 12 and under, with at least 10 participants.
