Meet the Directors:

’Tis Pity She’s a Whore, directed by Sharon Ott

Sharon Ott was the Artistic Director of the Berkeley Repertory Theatre (13 years) and Seattle Repertory Theatre (8 years), and has won many awards for her directing and producing, including 3 Bay Area Theater Critics’ Awards, several Hollywood Dramalogue Awards, and an Obie Award (with Theatre X, Milwaukee).

The Winter’s Tale, directed by Nicole Brewer

Nicole Brewer is currently full-time faculty in the acting program at the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale University. She is a board member of Parent Artist Advocacy League (PAAL) where she works to shift how the industry can become more proactive to the needs of caregivers. She was recently awarded the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival Gold Medallion for her work training thousands of theatremakers in her anti-racist theatre approach.

Hedda Gabler, directed by John Miller-Stephany

John Miller-Stephany has enjoyed a distinguished career as a director, administrator, educator, and non-profit theatre producer. From 1996 to 2015, he was Artistic Administrator and Associate Artistic Director of The Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis, MN. From 1989 to 1996, he was Associate Producer of The Acting Company in New York City.
