Buoyed by increasingly good news and the expectation that we can produce theatre safely for everybody, the time has come to PLAY ON!
The 2021/22 Season includes two plays by William Shakespeare, a gripping drama about pioneering Black actor Ira Aldridge, a beloved 20th century American classic, and a first for STC: a Broadway-bound musical…featuring the songs of Britney Spears, no less! It’s going to be an amazing season.

We’ve all been without live theatre for too long. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back. If you’re ready, we’re ready.
See you at the theatre!
During the runs of The Amen Corner, Remember This: The Lesson of Jan Karski, and Once Upon a One More Time, STC will require that all patrons provide proof of vaccination to attend any performances or events. In addition to audiences, STC has mandated COVID vaccinations for all performers and theatre staff. Please visit our Health and Safety page for full guidelines about providing proof of vaccination at the theatre. This vaccination policy is in effect starting with September performances and will be re-assessed on an ongoing basis.
Only performers and people invited onstage for talkbacks will be unmasked. We ask that attendees remain masked while within our venues, including during performances, unless they are eating and drinking in designated lobby areas. STC is committed to the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our spaces, and we are monitoring the ongoing COVID pandemic and will make adjustments as needed. Thank you for your understanding.
