Uncover techniques to live inside the mind of Shakespeare’s characters. Under the tutelage of Broadway veteran Madeleine Potter, currently playing Gertrude in STC’s Hamlet, learn new approaches to mining the richness of Shakespearean verse in his speeches and soliloquies.

Experience an introduction on Shakespeare’s world through improvisation and play. Have fun improvising lost masterpieces and testing your ability to make stuff up under the guidance of Alan Cox, currently playing Claudius in STC’s Hamlet, and a company member of the School of Night, an improvisation group inspired by an underground sect of artists who some scholars believe wrote Shakespeare’s plays.
