It's not just a reservation … It's a package!
The Shakespeare Theatre Company is now offering more value for your group (Minimum 10 people). Contact one of our friendly, knowledgeable Group Sales Associates today. We'll work with you to find the best arrangements for your group and help prepare you for your visit to the theatre. Any group sales order receives the following benefits:

• Best available seats
• Every effort is made to seat your group together (call early to guarantee seats next to each other!)
• Tickets free of service fees and taxes
• Convenient payment schedules
• Exclusive group discussions before or after the show

• Group rates apply to groups of 10 or more
• In order to make a reservation, please provide us with your mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and the number of tickets needed.

• We make every attempt to put group members as close together as possible when seating; however this is not always possible. We will never assign single seats without group leader approval.
• Once your order has been confirmed, you will be sent a contract via e-mail, unless another method is specified.

• A 50% deposit is due three weeks following receipt of the contract; the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the performance date, depending on when the order is placed.
• If an order is placed with less than 30 days remaining before performance, full payment is needed at time of reservation.
• You have until the remaining balance due date to decrease numbers. (If your numbers fall beneath the group minimum of 10, you will have to pay full price for the tickets plus a handling fee per ticket; we will apply your deposit to this balance.)
• You may add group tickets based on availability.
• You may pay your balance with one company check (we cannot accept single payment from group members). We also accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.
• There are no refunds or exchanges on group tickets under any circumstances.

The Fine Print: All group orders are subject to availability. If discounted tickets are sold out, groups of tickets can be reserved for the full ticket price. Availability of C and D seats is very limited. The Shakespeare Theatre Company cannot be responsible for plans made for unavailable dates. All sales are final. No cancelations, exchanges or refunds.
