Ward 4 Night, Saturday, June 2nd, 2007

Dear Ward 4 Constituent,

Please join us and Ward 4 Councilmember Muriel Bowser as we celebrate another year of free outdoor Shakespeare with the 7th Annual Ward 4 Family Fun Night and picnic at the 2007 Shakespeare Theatre Free for All. The event will be held at Carter Barron Amphitheatre on Saturday, June 2, 2007 (rain date: Sunday, June 3). Carter Barron Amphitheatre is located at 16th Street and Colorado Avenue, NW.

Ward 4 residents may reserve up to eight general admission tickets per household. Tickets will be held at a large tent where the Family Fun Night and picnic is taking place. The tent is easily seen from the Carter Barron parking lot. The Picnic begins at 4:30 p.m., general admission seating in the Amphitheatre begins at approximately 7:00 p.m., and the show begins at 7:30 p.m. Please note that audience members line up early to get the best general admission seats.

Food and drink will be provided. Picnic tables are limited so you might want to bring a blanket.

The Ward 4 Family Fun Night is paid for by the Ward 4 Councilmember’s Constituent Services Fund.

Please note: Names and/or addresses and/or phone numbers are verified. Reservations made by those not residing in Ward 4 cannot be honored. Proof of residency in Ward 4 may be requested at the picnic. Thank you.
