The nation's largest regional arts service organization works with members to ensure the arts prosper. It is a nonprofit membership organization serving artists and arts organizations in the metropolitan Washington area.

Footlights
The DC area's only ongoing theater discussion group. Footlights meets monthly to discuss plays from the modern theater. Members include local playwrights and actors, as well as people who share a love of the theater and of drama as literature.

The Helen Hayes Awards
"The premier site for information about what's playing in theatres in the greater Washington, DC, metropolitan area." Information about their educational program, The Washington Theatre Legacy Project, and their award process.

The League of Washington Theatres
An association of nonprofit professional theatres in the greater Washington metropolitan area. The site includes audition information and news on Stages for All Ages.

Washington Theater Review
This quarterly publication does advanced research on the actors, directors, playwrights, musical scores, and other aspects of Washington area productions.
