Print the Exchange Form

To send by fax, call 202.608.6350.

Ticket exchanges faxed to any other phone number at the Theatre will delay processing and likely affect availablity and seating.

Fax your exchange request using the exchange form.

  • Cut your tickets in half lengthwise and attach them to this form.

  • Make a photocopy of the blank form and your tickets.

  • Complete the form.

  • Fax the photocopy to the Shakespeare Theatre at 202.608.6350.

Do not fax your actual tickets. They may damage your fax machine.

Include your credit card number, expiration date and signature on the fax if you have requested more expensive seats or performances.

Fax transmissions sometimes fail. Please call us if you have not heard from us about your fax exchange request within 48 hours.
