Join the Shakespeare Theatre Company and the National Academy of Sciences
for a free staged reading of Bertold Brecht’s The Life of Galileo. The
play, first performed in 1943, explores the life of the visionary scientist
Galileo as he is made to question his moral integrity and ethical responsibilities
in the face of the Inquisition. Featuring Ted van Griethuysen as Galileo with
Mitchell Hebert, John Lescault and Michael Tolaydo.
Visitors need to show a photo ID to enter the National Academy of Sciences.
