David Gaines created and performs in this acrobatic tour-de-force. Its style mixes mime, storytelling, and clown to recreate the renowned 3 hour movie in the space of 60 minutes. At times there are stunning appearances of Kabuki styled masks, depicting the two leading combatants, as the actor darts from scene to scene, playing all the characters – villagers, horsemen, and samurai.
