Ideal for intermediate students with existing familiarity with Shakespeare’s plays and language, early classes will focus in-depth on text analysis techniques including scansion, rhetorical structure and imagery. Students will then apply these tools to monologue and scene work, learning how to develop bold performance choices directly from the text. Prior training/acting experience is recommended.
