All In-Person Classes will be taught at STC’s Rehearsal Studios at 516 8th Street SE.
All Online Classes take place ONLINE AT Zoom.us

Tuition, Discounts, and Scholarships


TUITION FOR ALL CLASSES IS $299

If you are unable to attend a class for any reason (including weather), no refunds or exchanges will be provided. STC rarely cancels events due to inclement weather. If STC cancels a class session for any reason, including inclement weather, we will email you. We will make every best effort to reschedule the class at a time convenient for the instructor and the majority of the students, but tuition is non-refundable.

If you are no longer able to attend the class as scheduled, please submit a written request to Classes@ShakespeareTheatre.org. 50% will be refunded if registration is withdrawn until one week prior to the first scheduled class. Starting a week prior to the first scheduled class, TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

SCHOLARSHIPS
In order to make our classes accessible to everyone, need-based scholarships are available.

Please fill out the scholarship application and email it to Classes@ShakespeareTheatre.org. Applications should be submitted at least one week before the class is scheduled to begin.

Scholarships for Classes are made possible by the Lorraine S. Dreyfuss Theatre Education Fund.

COVID-19 UPDATE, August 18


Classes at STC will take place both in person and online for the fall sessions. Our STC Teaching Artists have adapted their curriculum to successfully reach students in an online format with no more than 1216 students.

HEALTH AND SAFETY for In-Person Classes
All students must provide proof that they are fully vaccinated in order to attend in-person classes at Shakespeare Theatre Company.

Shakespeare Theatre Company accepts the following methods for proving vaccination, which must be presented along with a photo ID:
Students who need a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or due to a sincerely held religious belief, must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test (weekly), which must be presented along with a photo ID.

Masks are optional for staff and students. Students should bring at least one face mask with them to class in case it is needed. STC reserves the right to require mask wearing of its staff and students and will communicate changes in policy promptly to everyone.
