Payment Policy:
All payments should be made in accordance with the payment schedule and if not received by the due dates, will result in the cancellation of the order. Please include a copy of the contract with your payment and keep the original for your records. Payments can be made by check or credit card. All checks should be made out to the Shakespeare Theatre Company. All checks and correspondence should be sent to: Shakespeare Theatre Company, ATTENTION: Marcy Spiro, 516 8th Street SE, Washington, DC 20003. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Adding/reducing tickets:
We realize that the number of students attending may change as the performance date approaches.  All requests to change the order after the original contract is issued must be made in writing and before the final payment is due. Changes are subject to the approval of the theatre and will not be accepted, once final payment is submitted.

Cancellation policy:
The Shakespeare Theatre Company does not refund any part of a payment nor exchange tickets if the contracted performance is performed as scheduled.

There must be at least one chaperone for every 15 students.  Everyone attending the performance (teachers, parents, bus drivers) must have a ticket.
