Online Usher Calendar Instructions
View Usher Calendar
1. Click the link to "View Usher Calendar."
2. Click the performance you want. The buttons at the top right of
the calendar allow you to scroll through different months.
3. Under the "Section" heading, click Usher Assignment for
$0.00.
4. Under "Number of Seats" choose the number of people who
will be ushering. For example, Mr. and Mrs. John Q. Usher, who have
one account together, would choose two. Their friend Jane Volunteer,
who always ushers with them, should sign up separately as one person
if she would like to receive the email reminders, announcements and
other invitations.
5. Click "Buy Now."
6. Check that the date, time and number of people are correct.
7. Click "Check Out." This will allow you to "purchase" your
reservation for $0.00. You will not be asked to provide any payment
information, but it will ask you to log in to verify that your account
is flagged as a current Usher (instead of a patron who thinks they
just hit the mother lode).
8. Enter your user name and password. If you cannot remember your
password, please click the "Email Me My Login Information" link
at the bottom of the screen. You should receive an email within a few
minutes.
9. Then choose "Other" for "How Did You Hear About
Us" and click Login. This way your chosen performance is actually
entered into your account.
10. You may be asked to "Edit Account Information." This
likely means you have been assigned a temporary password and need to
change it. Please do so and re-confirm your contact information. Then
click "Change Login." Once your account information has
been updated click "Continue." If you have a regular password
instead of a temporary password the computer will automatically skip
this section.
You should now have a confirmation page with an order number. This
information will also be emailed to you within two minutes. If you
do not receive a confirmation email, the process did not work. If this
happens, please email Usher@ShakespeareTheatre.org, and
we will get back to you as soon as possible.
