To qualify for group status you must be bringing between 20 and 50 people to the performance.

By requesting tickets for your group, you agree to serve as the group leader. All correspondence and/or communication must come directly from you. It is your responsibility to pick up and distribute all of your group's tickets on the evening of your performance.

Tickets will not be mailed. Your tickets will be available for pickup at the Carter Barron Amphitheatre box office beginning at 5:00 p.m. on your confirmed performance date only. Because of the large numbers of attendees, the box office at Carter Barron cannot hold portions of your group's tickets for latecomers. All tickets returned to the box office are redistributed to the public.

All performances begin at 7:30 p.m. General admission seating begins at approximately 7:10 p.m. for all performances.

Reserved tickets not picked up by 7:00 p.m. will be released and distributed to the public. The great demand for tickets for these performances means that this deadline will be strictly enforced.

If you or any member of your group needs special accommodation or assistance, please inform us when you send in your reservation.

Group reservations are not guaranteed until you receive written, fax or email confirmation from us.

Only select dates are available for group reservations: May 22, 23, 24, 25, 27 and 28.
