Behind the Scenes:
Production Management
Located within the Administrative Offices at 516 8th Street, SE, the Production
team is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the production
process, as well as managing any outside rentals and events that might
occur in a Shakespeare Theatre Company space. The Production Management
team contracts designers, facilitates communication between designers and
staff, maintains financial records, helps develop budgets, coordinates
scheduling of facilities, and handles any contingency that may arise in the
development of our productions.
